Privacy notice

We use your account details, name, email, phone number, booking dates, messages and payment references to arrange and support your stay. Owners receive the details necessary to provide the accommodation. Published reviews show the rating, optional comment and stay month, not private contact details.

Stripe handles card details; we store payment references and status, not your full card number. Our service providers include Cloudflare for hosting, Supabase for accounts/data/photos, and Resend for transactional email. Their processing may take place outside Thailand.

Essential cookies keep you signed in. Local storage remembers your display preferences. Transactional messages are used for your booking and account, not a marketing subscription.

We keep information while needed to operate your account, fulfil bookings, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion through your account. Some financial or dispute records may need to be retained.

This notice is prepared for launch. The operator details and retention arrangements must be completed before live paid bookings open.
