What “verified” means here

Badges only appear on a listing when the underlying check has actually been done. If a listing carries no badge, it means we have not done that check — not that something is wrong with the property.

✓ Verified owner

Ownership documents checked by a professional

We have seen the title documents (chanote or equivalent) and had them reviewed by a qualified Thai professional, confirming the person listing the property is entitled to let or sell it. This is the strongest claim we make.

• Documents held

We hold documents, not yet professionally checked

The owner has provided ownership paperwork and we hold it on file, but it has not yet been through professional review. It is a step above nothing and a step below verified, and we label it as exactly that.

✓ Location verified

The pin is the property

The map location is the property itself. Where this badge is absent, the location shown is deliberately approximate — rounded to roughly 500 metres. That is a privacy measure for occupied homes, not a gap in our records.

What we do not claim

Something look wrong on a listing? Tell us and we will check it.
